New Program Instructions

After Loading Configuration (2.0.9A & 2.1.3) Programs onto your Desktop
Move Cursor to Conf 2.0.9A & double click on it

Move Cursor & click on Enter

 Using a serial port cable connect the
computer to the lower control box

Once the conf program is opened go to Controller/Read

This will read all of the values that are in the control box

A Blue Scroll bar will go across the bottom while it is reading

This reads all of the values that are stored in the control box & brings them to the
computer & allows you to make adjustment to them

Move cursor to the function
you want to look at or make
an adjustment to

Write down the Build Delay & Pump Speed for these functions:
Primary Boom Up & Down
Secondary Boom Up & Down
Jib Boom Up & Down
Also write down the Speed Values for these functions:
Primary Down
Secondary Down
Jib Down
You will use these values after you load in a new program
These values vary in each machine
Speed Values

Build delay
Pump speed
Go to Update Program

 A Warning will appear
Click on Yes

Another Warning will appear

Click on Update

Then you will need to

locate where you have
saved the new program at

 Highlight the proper program
then click on Open

Then the program will start loading

Do not turn the power off to the

control box or your computer.
Allow the program to be completely
loaded with out interruption.

The scroll bar will show the progress

of the download

When the program has completely

loaded the control panel will ask what
model it should be configured for.
3522, 4527, or 5533
2622, or 3632

Use the Rabbit/Turtle buttons to scroll
through the models
Then select the model by pressing the
Mid-Speed buttons together

Then Close out of the 2.0.9A Conf

program
Then open the Conf 2.1.3 Then click on Enter

Go to Options and highlight the

After selecting all of the options
that the machine has on it.
Go to Controller/Write
This will Enable the options you
have selected

Go through the Boom functions

that you wrote down before
loading the new program & put
in the values that were in before

Build Delay & Pump Speed for:

Primary Boom Up & Down
Secondary Boom Up & Down
Jib Boom Up & down

Speed Values for:

Primary Boom Down
Secondary Boom Down
Jib Boom Down

After putting in the values Click

on Accept

Then Click on Controller/Write

This will write the values you have
changed back to the control box
Without doing this the values will not
be put into the control box
