We, the members of the Shariah Supervisory Board of the Camissa Islamic Equity Fund, Islamic
Balanced Fund, Islamic High Yield Fund and the Islamic Global Equity Fund, have reviewed the
current portfolios for these funds, as well as other funds which invest exclusively in a combination of these
funds.

We hereby record that the funds comply with Shariah guidelines.

This certificate is issued under the following conditions:

o Any additions or changes to the investable universe need to be approved by the Shariah Supervisory
Board.

o The fund undertakes to remove from the portfolio and investable universe any stock that subsequently
fails to comply with the Shariah screening rules as set out by the Shariah Supervisory Board, due to
new financial information. This must be in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Shariah Board.

o All non-permissible income should be distributed in accordance with the guidelines provided by the
Shariah Supervisory Board.
