Paragraph Writing
A paragraph is a group of sentences that expresses a unified idea.
There is no set number of sentences in a paragraph. The main parts
of a paragraph are the topic sentence, the supporting details, and
the concluding sentence. The topic sentence says that the
paragraph is about. The supporting details support the topic
sentence with details or evidence. The concluding sentence lets the
reader know they are at the end of the paragraph. It restates the
topic sentence and reminds the reader of the key
supporting details.
