In current world It is necessary to have appropriate HR regulations as well as


the finest worldwide practices in order to raise the level of productivity in the
country's industrial sector. Management is just as crucial as technological
advancements in today's world.

Summary:

behavior and also tries to point out what are industry opportunities and treats

and development. The development of new technologies does not result in the
elimination of any employment. Despite the fact that technical advancements
in the last 30 years have been unprecedented and exponential, there are now
more employment accessible than ever before, and these occupations pay
much higher.

In work place the impact of information Technology we observed that there is


high influence on organization. HR managers are responsible for preparing the
minds of workers towards digital acceptance and providing suitable training
facilities for employees to adapt to digital technology.

The HR managers of an organization take an active role in the process of


altering the engagement models of their company and delivering skills for the
adoption of digital processes across the company.
Limitations:

The writer concludes that Today's leaders require less experience and more
relevance and the capacity to influence in order to build trusting connections
with their followers; which is not work for all types of organizations some
sectors need long experience like leadership in military, judiciary systems. The
other thing is there is no stated hypothesis the researcher questioned and
proofed at the end.

Conclusion:

The writer conclude that In order for a company to be successful, its employees
need to be able to interpret data, make sense of the reams of data documents,
and analyses the data in order to come up with effective solutions. Humans will
develop in tandem with the increasing intelligence of computers, with the
assistance of embedded intelligent chips and brain-computer connections to
meet the requirements of higher level employment.
