Promised Employment Contract BERSAMA (Edit)

This employment contract is entered into freely and in good faith and is governed by the
following clauses:
CLAUSE 1.
CLAUSE 2.
1. The Second Party undertakes to employ the First Party, from Monday to Friday for a total of 40
hours per week.
2. In return for the work performed, the First Party will pay the Second Party, monthly (for 14
Months), the gross basic wage of €760.00 (seven hundred and sixty euros).
3. The First Party will provide meals at the Second Party's headquarters free of charge for each full
working day
4. The remuneration will be paid by bank transfer no later than the last day of the relevant month.
CLAUSE 3.
1. The activities of the Second Party will be carried out at the headquarters of the First Party,
located at .
2. The workplace may be changed by the First Party, due to changes in the location of the head
office or other reasons offered by the First Party, provided that it does not cause serious harm to
workers.
CLAUSE 4.
The promised contract will be valid for a period of 12 months. However, the contract can be
extended for another 12 months if both Parties agree.
CLAUSE 5.

The responsibility for rectifying any work accident by the Second Party shall be transferred to the
insurance company.
CLAUSE 8.
This promised labour contract will be signed between the two parties a week after the Second
Party arrives in Portugal.
CLAUSE 9.
The Second Party will request the necessary documents and proof of compliance with the legal
provisions related to entry, stay or residence, for the purpose of work, in Portugal, as well as to
inform the First Party, if authorization is not granted to stay and/or work in Portugal, or if this is
withdrawn.
CLAUSE 10.
The current pledge, for the finalization of the definitive contract, expires on ,
CLAUSE 11.
In general, a willful breach of this contract of undertaking gives rise to the civil liability of the
guilty Party for the damages caused, in general terms.
CLAUSE 12.
The Second Party is well informed and gives clear, free, informed and unequivocal consent to the
First Party to know their personal data.
CLAUSE 13.
The Second Party declares that they have been informed of and granted the right to oppose the
collection and processing of data not necessary for the fulfilment of legal obligations, as well as
the access, rectification and erasure of their personal data processed within the scope of the
employment relationship. If they so wish, they may access, rectify or delete their personal data.
CLAUSE 14.
The First Party guarantees employees the fair and controlled treatment of the data collected, as
well as compliance with all requirements set out in the General Data Protection Regulation.
CLAUSE 15.
1. The Second Party declares that they will comply with all legal obligations to settle and reside in
the territory of Portugal.
2. The Second Party is also obliged to annually prove its legal permanence in the territory of
Portugal.
This promise contract is typed in duplicate, with each party being in possession of a copy.
