What struck me the most in the video, was when Bishop Barron talked about the desire

of God. He discussed the idea that human beings have the desire of what is divine. To long for

something that is beyond the material world will point out to the existence of God. Another point

that caught my attention was when he talked about the problem of evil; Bishop Barron

addressed the problem of evil by acknowledging its existence in the world, in the same time

arguing about it, that it does not disprove the existence of a benevolent God.In my opinion he is

right, God is someone that is loving and caring; an all powerful entity that can do anything in His

will, and the will of God is good and will only bring peace and love to our lives.

One thing that also struck me the most is when he argued about faith and reason being

complementary to each other. Us as humans we are rational beings who would start questioning

abundance of things, for example asking ourselves who is God and why should I believe in God

if we don’t see him. This puts the role of faith in our lives, where faith is believing in something

that is not seen. Our rationality as human beings will say otherwise, we would say that even

though God is not seen we feel His presence with us and that. Our rationality will boost our faith

because it will give us the point of realization that God is existing in our lives.
