Dear Shri Jitendra Yadav,

Sub : Offer of training under Stipendiary Training Scheme (Cat-I) in NRB,Mumbai.

Consequent on your selection, you are offered admission as Stipendiary train (Category-I) for undergoing training in
BARCF,Mumbai , with effect from 27/01/2019 on a monthly stipend of RS. 24,500/ -(Rupees Twenty Four Thousand, Five
Hundred Only) For firs year and Rs 26,500/ -(Rupees Twenty Six Thousand, Five Hundred Only) for Second year The duration
of the training will be normally be of two years.
1 Your admission tot he above training is subjected to the following terms and conditions.
1. Your admission to the training course shall be subject to your clearing medical examination for physical fitness by a Medical
Officer of this Research Center. You will also be subjectto periodical medical examination by Medical Officer of this Research
Center.
2. You shall execute an agreement an also furnish an indemnity bond for Rs 4,76.000/-(Rupees Four Lakh Seventy Six Thousand
Only) in the prescribed proforma executed jointly by you and a surety who shall be of a permanent Group-B Gazetted Officer
and serving under a State or Central Government.
3. You are required to deposit an amount ofRS 3000/-(Rupees Three Thousand only) by Demand Draft as Security Deposit before
Commencement of the training. Demand Draft, should be drawn infantry Pay & Accounts Officer NRB/BARC Facilities payable
at Mumbai On completion of training, the amount will be refunded on receipt of ‘ No Demand Certificate’ received from all
concerned authorities.
4. You will have to bring with you the following documents at the time of repoting for Medical/Examination/Training
I. Original certificates of years-wise semester wise mark sheets from X onwards , school/college leaving certificate
Date of birthproof, caste certificate, caste validity certificate (applicable to candidates belonging to Maharashtra
State), Employmentexchange registration card, relieving order from present employer (if applicable) etc, along with
attested copies of certificate in addition, you will have to bring with you size an stamp size photographs (four each) on
glazed paper the purpose of issuing identity card etc.

II. Candidates belonging to the reserved categories shall submit relevant caste certificate in the prescribed proforma in
original. As regards OBC candidates, Non-creamy Layer Certificates issue by the competent authority should be \ after
07/08/2019 (For the prescribed proforma of caste certificate visit website www.barcreruit.gov.in and https://
recruit.barc.gov.in).Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC Categories (applicable to candidates belonging to Maharashtra
state) are advised to bring validity certificate issued by the security committee.
III. You need to submit SEVEN sets of attestation forms and FIVE sets of Special Security Questionnaire duly completed in
all respects ensuring that your same photographs are pasted on all these forms at the appropriate places and attested by
authorities mentioned in the form and the authority concerned should have known you for more than one year (same

IV. You shall submit a declaration in the prescribed form (copy enclosed) regarding your marital status.

5. Your induction to training will be subject to verification of all your certificates.

6. You will not be entitled to any travelling allowance for your journey in connection with your medical examination/joining
the training course
.
7. You shall take an oath of allegiance to the constitution of the Union of the India and am Oath of Secrecy
.
8. You shall not be permitted to apply for any post or scholarship or competitive examination or interview including those conducted by
the UPSC during the period of training and during the period of contractual obligations to serve the Department of the Atomic Energy.
You shall give an undertaking to this effect. You shall inform us in writing the details of the examination/interviews/scholarships/
fellowship you have applied for and withdraw immediately all such applications forthwith and mark copies of such withdrawal letters
to this office for record.
