With reference to your subsequent interview with us, management pleased to select you for
the 6 months Industrial Training w. e. f. 07th March, 2021 to 7th August, 2021 on the
following terms and conditions.
Your present place of work will be at place, but during the course of service, you shall be
liable to be posted / transferred anywhere to serve any of the Company’s Projects or any other
establishment in India at the sole discretion of the Management.
Your appointment in made on the basis of your having furnished to the company correct
information and documents with regards to academic qualifications and recommendation
later provided by your college. If any time it is found that you have furnished false
information or withheld or suppressed any material fact or information, the Company shall be
entitled to forthwith terminate your Training.
You shall not use the Company’s computers, software, equipment, internet, e-mail and
telecommunication facilities for any purpose other than the business of the Company. If at
any time, in the opinion of the company, which shall be final in this matter you are found
non- performer or guilty of fraud, dishonesty, disobedience, disorderly behavior, negligence,
indiscipline, absence from duty without any permission or of any conduct considered by
Company deterrent to our interest or of violation of one or more terms of this letter, your
services may be terminated without notice and on account of reason of any of the acts or
omission the company shall be entitled to recover damages from you.
You will not accept any present, commission or any sort of gratification in cash or kind for
any person, party or firm or company having dealing with the Company and if you are
offered any, you should immediately report the same to the management.
Please sign and return to us a copy of this letter in token of your acceptance of the terms and
conditions of your employment as mentioned above.
