LONG-TERM RESIDENCE

1. assistance system, taking into account the minimal monthly wages and pension for the
Republic of Bulgaria;
2. Obligatory medical insurance valid on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, where the
person is not insured under HIA (Health Insurance Act);
3. Evidence regarding provided accommodation;
4. Document for state fee paid under art. 12, par. 4 of Tariff No. 4 on fees collected within the
system of the Ministry of Interior under the State Fees Act;
5. Copy of Decision of international protection provided by the State Agency for Refugees – in
the cases under art. 24г, par. 4 FRBA.
6. For granting the right to long-term residence to an EU Blue Card holder the foreign national
submits with the documents under art. 51, par. 2и a formal document issued by EU Member-
State/s, certifying his/her legal residence on such EU Member-State/s territory/s for a period
complementing the total 5-year period required.

Fees:
For the service requested: BGN 10.
At granting the status: BGN 110.

"Evidence of accommodation provided" covers the following documents:

1. Title deed or another document proving the ownership or the occupation of the property;
2. Notarized declaration of the owner for providing of address of residence – in case a lease
agreement is presented.
