II. Answer the following questions:
a. What is the issue of the Case? • The name of the defendant • The designation of the crime or public offence charged. • The acts or omission complained of as constituting the offense. • Name of the offended party. • Approximate date of the commission of the offense • Place where the crime was committed.
b. What is Ruling of the Higher Court of this Case?
