Section 392 - Robbery:

On the 15th of July 2020, at approximately 10:00 A.M., within the jurisdiction of Shahjenabad Police
Station, Bhopal, Ranga and Billa stand accused of committing robbery. They accomplished this by
obstructing the path of the complainant, Fanta, and forcefully seizing his belongings. This act constitutes
an offense under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Section 323 - Voluntarily Causing Hurt:


At the aforementioned date and time, in the same location, Ranga and Billa voluntarily inflicted harm
upon Fanta. They subjected him to a severe beating with lathis, resulting in injuries to his head and the
forearm of his right hand. This conduct falls under the purview of Section 323 of the IPC.

Section 326 - Voluntarily Causing Grievous Hurt:


During the stated date and time, at the identical location, Ranga and Billa intentionally caused grievous
harm to Fanta by assaulting him with lathis to the extent that a fracture in the right ulna bone was detected
in the subsequent medical examination. Such actions constitute an offense under Section 326 of the IPC.

Section 341 - Wrongful Restraint:


On the aforementioned date and time, at the same location, Ranga and Billa unlawfully restrained Fanta
by impeding his passage. This wrongful act is in violation of Section 341 of the IPC.

Section 323 - Criminal Intimidation:


During the mentioned date and time, at the identical location, Ranga and Billa criminally intimidated
Fanta by verbally abusing him. This intimidation is considered an offense under
Section 323 of the IPC.

The accused individuals, Ranga and Billa, are formally charged under the aforementioned sections of the
Indian Penal Code. The prosecution is instructed to present supporting evidence and witnesses for the
charges. The accused may enter their pleas and mount a defense accordingly.
