This is to certify that we have received the entire outstanding dues from ICICI Bank Ltd. for all
the services rendered by us under the Service Provider Agreement dated 14-Sep-2017
pertaining to the period till August 2023.

I/We further confirm and acknowledge that there are no pending dues from ICICI Bank Ltd. for
any location, product or services rendered by us as on August 2023.

It may be noted that Bank will not entertain any payment issue of a particular period that is
highlighted after submission of NDC for the said period. As such Bank will not be liable to pay
for the same.
