Sound plastic box with sticker

1 Plastic box
- format A5 : 14,5 x 21,5 cm and height : the smallest possible (max 1 cm)
- material : ABS white
- finish : glossy for outside, raw for inside
2 Button power On / Off that lights up with the contact of a magnet (diameter 1 cm, thickness 0,1 cm)
- when you switch on, the led light is white and you can read the mp3 files when you press « play »
8 - when you switch on, you can listen to the last track being listened to (if it was track 05, you can listen track
05) : it memorizes it
3 Battery door (to insert three AAA batteries)

9 - the medium sound needs to be quite loud

Quality control
Here is the quality process for the sample in plastic in order to validate the quality of the sound box :
- you switch on the box (by removing the round magnet magnet from the contact area n°2) : then we can see the white led light up +
the LCD screen displays the number « 01 »
- you press one time on « Play / pause » : the « track01 » is played on the speaker + the LCD screen displays the number « 01 »
- you press one time on « Play / pause » : the « track01 » is paused + the LCD screen displays the number « 01 »
- you press one time on « Next » : it changed the tracks one by one on the speaker « track01 », track02 », « track03 » until « track10 »
+ the LCD screen displays the numbers : 01, 02, 03 (…) until 10
- you press one time on « Previous » : it changed the tracks one by one on the speaker « track10 », « track09 », « track08 » until
« track05 » + the LCD screen displays the numbers : 10, 09, 08 (…) until 05
- you press a long time (4 seconds) on « Next » : you can advance in the track 05 (+5 seconds per +5 seconds) on the speaker + the
LCD screen displays the number of the track being listened (« 05 »)
- you press a long time (4 seconds) on « Preview » : you can advance in the track 05 (-5 seconds per -5 seconds) + the LCD screen
displays the number of the track being listened (« 05 »)
- you press two times on « Next » : you arrive on « track 10 » on the speaker (+5 tracks per +5 tracks). The LCD screen displays the
number « 10 »
- you press two times on « Previous » : you arrive on « track 05 » on the speaker (-5 tracks per -5 tracks). The LCD screen displays the
number « 05 »
- you switch off the box (by placing the round magnet) : you can see the white led and the LCD screen switch off
- you switch on the box (by removing the round magnet) : you can see the white led light up + the LCD screen displays the last track
being listened (« 05 »)
- you press a long time (4 seconds) on « Play / pause » to reset : the LCD was on « 05 » and then the screen displays the number
« 01 ». The track is paused, there is no sound on the speaker.
- your plug the cable on the USB port and on a mac computer : you open the files, you erase the mp3 files, you charge new mp3 files
(named also « track01 », « track02 », etc (…) until « track10 »)
- you press one time on « Play »: the « track01 » is played on the speaker + the LCD screen displays number « 01 »
- you test the button volume : high, down, medium level with music + voices (female and male) + natural elements (wind, rain, birds…)
- you plug the headphones in the jack : the music is stopping on the speaker and is switching on the headphones with the same level
volume (as on the speaker). You turn up the volume.
- you unplug the headphones : the music is coming back on the speaker with the same level volume (as on the headphones)
- you press one time on « Play / pause » : you can listen to the « track 01 » and the LCD screen displays « 01 »
- you switch off (by placing the round magnet magnet on the contact area n°2)
