Elevation can be sot manually — by adjusting each cylinder with @ hand control from the operator's station — or it can be controlled automatically with the HYDRA-MATION system. ‘The heart of the HYDRA-MATION system is a patented hydraulic elevation sensor valve. The Sensor is equipped with a wand which traces one ot several optional reference guides. Any change in machine elevation causes the wand to rotate a shaft Inthe sensor valve, which directs hydraulic ol to the appropriate end of the elevation cylinder. When the’ ‘machine moves back to its proper relationship to the Feterence guide, the valve roturns to “null” position, Stopping any further oil flow to the cylinder Elevation ofthe tront leg is controlled by an elevation sensor valve on the left side of the machine.
