SOLAR PANEL

GOALS

Once the solar panel has been built with recyclable materials, I
should wait between 2 to 5 hours to obtain an optimal result for its
operation.
JUSTIFICATION

Currently, solar panels are key elements that have worked to save
energy and have been generated as key resources in search of
sustainable environmental development worldwide.

Many people say that having a solar panel is very expensive and
that is why they do not use it as a sustainable method for their
homes, This is the reason of my project, make a solar panel in a
good, beautiful and economical way with recyclable ítems.
EXPERIMENTAL DEVELOPMENT

1. The first step in making the homemade solar panel will be to

make sure the bottles are clean. Once they are rinsed and dry, paint
them completely black with the paint.

2. Shape the cardboard box to the rounded shape of the bottles.

You will need to be very close together.

3. Cover the cardboard with the aluminum foil. Make sure it sticks
well, at this point you can use the tape or glue.

4. Fill the bottles with water up to 3/4 of their capacity. Compress

them properly so that the water reaches the top. Finally, close them
tightly.

5. Cover the bottles with cellophane paper and tape it to the

cardboard that you covered earlier with the aluminum foil.
6. Finally, put the box towards the sun, inclined about 45º to take
better advantage of the sun's rays.
MATERIALS

1. A cardboard box

2. Two 1.5 or 2 liter plastic bottles (preferably not rigid)

3. Aluminum foil

4. Celofan paper

5. Black paint

6. Tape or glue

7. Water
SCIENTIFIC EXPLANATION

The type of panel I am going to build is solar thermal energy, used

to heat water, using simpler technology. Where it seeks to form a
greenhouse effect on a smaller scale that helps keep the water in
the home warm.
INNOVATIONS OF THE PROJECT

At the time of planning there has been no type of innovation for this
project, once it is carried out, it will be established if something new
is necessary
