    ores WORK AGREEMENT This Work Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of [date____], by and between Telus International Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), a global leader in [industry/sector], and the remote Hireling (hereinafter referred to as the “Worker”), an experienced professional in [relevant field], collectively referred to as the “Parties”. WHEREAS, the Company seeks to engage the services of a highly skilled and dedicated Worker to contribute to its ongoing success and growth. The Worker, in turn, desires to provide their expertise and services to the Company, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, and conditions contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. SCOPE OF SERVICES 1.1 The Worker shall provide their services to the Company in the capacity of [specific role/ title], with duties and responsibilities including but not limited to the duties and tasks of their particular role. 1.2 The Worker shall perform their services remotely, utilizing their own equipment and resources, ensuring a high standard of professionalism, efficiency, and quality in all tasks assigned. 1, PAYMENT 2.1 The Company agrees to compensate the Worker for their services rendered, subject to the achievement of certain milestones and requirements set by the Company. 2.2 Payment shall be made promptly upon the Worker’s successful completion of 85% of the Company’s specified requirements, with payment to be issued within 48 hours of job completion. The Company shall facilitate payments through its designated and secure payment method, 1. The Worker shall maintain strict confidentiality and shall not disclose, use, or exploit such information for any purpose other than the performance of their duties under this Agreement. 1. TAX OBLIGATIONS 5.1 All employees are required to fulfill their tax obligations through their parent company for receiving any payment or earnings from the Company. The Worker acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations. 1, LEGAL BINDING AND JURISDICTION 6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Canada located at west of Parliament Hill, at 301 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON KIA OJ1, Canada.
