apply for the Huawei ICT Academy and perform subsequent operations on
behalf of our organization, the scope of authorization including but not limited
to: submit qualification materials, sign agreements, maintain the information
and data on Huawei Talent Platform and related Partner Systems, approve
the association for instructors and students, implement training activities,
manage exam vouchers and related resources in compliance with Huawei’s
regulations, and participate/assists in Huawei's related academy activities,
etc. We acknowledge that all actions of the authorized administrator within the
scope of the above authorization shall be legally binding on us.

Note: This application authorization letter is effective from the date of signature,
