Heard Mr. E. Om Prakash, Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the

‘Petitioner’ / ‘Appellant’ in Comp App (AT) (CH) (Ins) No.13/2024. At this

juncture, for ‘Caveator’ / ‘Respondent No.1’, Learned Senior Counsel

Mr. Avinash Desai for Mr. Amir Bavani appears and permitted to file ‘Reply’,

within ‘two weeks’ from ‘Today’, before the ‘Office of the Registry’, through

‘e-filing’ and to serve a copy to the other side, without fail.

On receipt of ‘Reply’ from the Respondent side, it is open to the Learned

Counsel appearing for the ‘Appellant’, to file ‘Rejoinder’, if any, within ‘four

days’ thereafter, before the ‘Office of the Registry’, through ‘e-filing’ and to

serve a copy to the other side, without fail.

Submissions’, containing not more than ‘three to five’ pages, along with the

‘Citations’, (quoting the relevant paragraphs being relied upon), within ‘three

weeks’ from ‘Today’, before the ‘Office of the Registry’, through ‘e-filing’ and

to serve a copy of the same to the other side, well in advance.

The ‘Office of the Registry’, is directed to ‘List’ the matter on 13.02.2024,

under the caption, ‘For Hearing’ immediately after ‘Admission (Fresh Cases)’.
