The plot having north front with west side open road is very fruitful, but to get its all benefits,
apply following Vaastu:
1. Make the plot’s SW corner in 90^0 angle and leave the extended area outside of the
plot with proper boundary wall. Keep in mind the size of plot no.319
2. 100% Vaastu perfection is not possible for jointly built two buildings, so try to make
both separately according to Vaastu rules. But if it is necessary then keen in mind the
following tips to get smooth & healthy life.
a. Guard Room: Never fix any structure on North or East compound wall.
b. Entry Gate: North of NE is to be used for regular activity.
c. Doorways: Fix the doors in every room in positive zone of any side.
d. Bed Rooms: SW room of building must be occupied by the head of family or
senior person of family, other rooms by junior family members.
e. Sleeping Position: Married & Aged person should keep their head towards south
and legs north, unmarried & students can keep their head either south or east.
f. Almirah/Cupboards: Use only south or west wall of room & keep north & east
wall NE corner of every room vacant in room.
g. Toilets: NE area prohibited for toilets. East & North also to be avoided for toilets.
NW & West is best area for toilets. South & SE second best & other area is
neutral but NE prohibited.
h. WC/Urnial Pots: Fix to use facing North or South only in every toilets.
i. Mirrors: East & North wall is best. Avoid open mirror on south or west wall &
opposite of bed also not advisable.
j. Stairs: NE, East of NE, North of NE area of plot and building is not advisable to fix
stairs. Maintain the stairs clockwise upwards.
k. Kitchen: NE area is prohibited for kitchen. SE & South is best area. West of NW is
second best area. So arrange the kitchen accordingly in building.Avoid black
granite in kitchen & burner facing east is best. West & South facing neutral. But
North facing burner is not advisable.

Please re-arrange the plan for proper vaastu & send the plan for vaastu approval before
finalise.
