II. RATIONALE

The real estate industry is dynamic, ever-evolving, and integral to the

economic landscape. As we witness the constant evolution of the real estate
industry, it becomes imperative to equip the next generation of real estate
practitioners with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate this complex
field successfully. This proposal outlines a comprehensive real estate seminar
designed specifically for students aspiring to become real estate professionals.
The primary objective of this seminar is to bridge the gap between academic
knowledge and practical application in their real estate practice. By providing
students with a holistic understanding of the industry, we aim to empower them
with the insights and tools needed to excel in their future roles as real estate
practitioners. Along with that, provide ideas on how to get started in their real
estate career.

The seminar will be discussing relative topics for the enrichment of the
students’ knowledge. Topics include: (1) Effective Networking Strategies, (2)
Negotiation Skills for Real Estate Transactions, (3) Time Management and
Productivity Tips, (4) Building a Personal Brand in Real Estate, and more.

This real estate seminar with the theme "Navigating the Future: Blueprint
for Success in Real Estate" is set to happen on January 31, 2024 from 12:00 PM
to 5:00 PM at AVR-3 UM Bolton Campus. Expected to attend in this seminar are
