What happened? Where? When?

J.T. Donald Consultants Limited were retained by Mr. Stuart Torney and Mrs. Charli-Ann Wiseman of "360
Contracting" to provide structural engineering and architectural design services regarding a proposed
basement dwelling unit in existing residential building with civic address 71 Gwillimbury Drive, Bradford,
Ontario, which is owned by Mr. Jason Stapleton. The engineering services were requested on February 23,
2022 by Mrs. Charli-Ann Wiseman of 360 Contracting via signed contract (attached). Services included a site
inspection carried out by representatives of J.T. Donald Consultants Limited in February 2022 and the
preparation of an engineering/architectural drawings entitled 'Accessory Dwelling Unit, 71 Gwillimbury Drive,
Bradford, Ontario' with identifying project No.8938, providing structural and architectural plans and design
details. The work was complete on April 1, 2022 and all documents submitted to 360 Contracting. Invoice No.
22-03001 for the amount of $4,011.50 was issued to 360 Contracting for the services rendered in March
2022. No payment was received to date. J.T. Donald Consultants Limited claims an amount of $4,011.50
including court determined interest against the defendants for amounts owing on invoice No. 22-03001 and
small claims court filing fees.
