KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

the “Vendors,” for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS
ONLY( P15,000.00 ), Philippine Currency, have sold, transferred and conveyed and by
these presents do hereby sell, transfer and convey unto:

ANGELITO M. BUSTAMANTE Filipino, of legal age, married and with residential

address at Block3 Lot39 Phase 4 Southville 5A, Langkiwa, Biñan, Laguna hereinafter
referred to as the “Vendee”, his successors and heirs of certain motor vehicle which is
more particularly describe as follows:

and encumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that we will defend the title and rights of
the Vendee from any claims of whatever kind or nature of any person or persons.
