The total No, of Units-144, No of | Biocks ~ 4 and Amenity Block. Open area ~ 2960.7 Sainrs. Road Area ~ 2378.4 Squn. Green Area ~ 1063.4 Sqm. The source of water is KMC Supply. The total watsr requirement during cccupational stage is 103.5 KLD. Out ofthat, fresh water requirement is 71.7 KLD & trated waste water eeycled is 31.8 KLD. Quantity of sewage generated is 82.8, wy Page tof 8 KLD and it shall be treated ina STP of capacity 100 KLD, The treated waste water is t be used for Mushing the toles, EVAC development of greenery and excess treated waste water to Municipal dain. The Garbage 460 kgs/day generated is to be sent to Municipal Solid Waste facilities; STP sludge (5 kg/day) is to be used as ‘manure; used oil and used batteries are tobe sent 10 Authorized Recyclers, The proposal has been examined and processed in accordance with EIA Notification, 2006 & its amendments thereof. The State Level Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) examined the proposal in its mecting held on 08.04.2018. The representative of the ‘project proponent and their Consultant M/s Team Labs and Consultants, have attended the meeting and presented their case, The Committee noted thatthe proposed projet fll under Item 8(@) of the schedule of the EIA Notification 2006- Construction projects; as the proposed projet site covering an area is < 50 ha and built up area is <1,50,000 sq 1m, The Committee recommended for issue of Environmental Clearance to this Proposed construction project Residential Apartments Building Project with built up area- 33043.3 Sq.m., by stipulating the stmdard conditions and other conditions: the Project Proponent shall implement the solid waste management as per the Solid Waste Management Rule, 2016, applicable for construction projects; ‘The parking area in compliance with the NBC/ MoEF/ local Government regulations as applicable, ‘whichever is higher; The Project Proponent shall develop the avenue plantation along the approach road leading tothe proposed projet site, ‘The State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SELAA), in is meeting held on 24.04.2018 examined the proposal and the recommendations of SEAC, and decided to issue Favironmental Clearance, The SEIAA, A.P hereby accords prior Environmental Clearance to the project as ‘mentioned at Para No, Il under the provisions of the EIA Notification 2006 and its subsequent amendments issued under Envionment (Protection) Act, 1986 subject to implementation ofthe following special, specific and general conditions PART-A: SPECIAL CONDITIONS: 1, ‘The proponent shall provide the Sewuge Treatment Plant (STP) of capacity ~ 100 KLD. As the tated effluent is proposed for recycle, the suitable disinfection system is to be provided in addition tothe STP proposed inthe EMP. 2. Dual plumbing system to be provided for reuse of the treated effluentor flushing and other purposes. Solar Energy systems to be planned tc utilize atleast one third of the roof area 4, The building shall be designed for compliance with earth quake resistance and resisting ther natural hazards 5. The proponent shall use only fly ash based products for eonstruction, such as cement or coneret, fly ash bricks ortiles or lay Aly ash bricks, or bricks, blocks or tiles or cement fly ash bricks or blocks or similar products ora combination or we Page 20f8 aggregate of them as roquted under MOEF notification $.0.763(H) d 14.9.1999 amended threo. 6, Provision fee Rain Water Harvesting (RWH) is to be made for collection, usage and also for ground water table maintenance. 17. The proponent shall use only LED lights inthe common areas and intemal roads 8. ‘The proponent shall create Corpus Fund of Rs.60 Lakhs to ensure continuous ‘operation of STP. 9, The proponent shall obiain required clearances if any from all regulatory Departments including Fire Department, before staring the construction, 10.The proponent shall develop green belt in an area not less than 10% of plot area in addition to greenbelt in set-back areas 11.The Project Proponent shall implement the solid waste management as per the Solid Waste Management Rule, 2016, wpplicable for construction projects; 12, The parking area in compliance with the NBC/ MoEFY local Goversment regulations
