Other terms and conditions: Unless expressly stated, this change order proposal is subject to the terms and condition of existing Contract (Contract No: DPOC/24/18-3702) between Wartsila Easter Africa Ltd and Dar Petroleum Operating Company. This Proposal does not create any obligation of any kind, whether express or implied, on the part of Wartsila to enter into any agreement of any kind or to provide any particular goods or services at any particular price.
