physical therapist, and a computer.

strengthening exercises, correct diet, and better equipment.

Storyboard/Scripting (media/images/notes): Stretching, icing, rolling, correct diet, rest, and possible therapy if
needed. Demonstrate stretches.

viewers who participate in sports, to use this as motivation to take better care of yourself and stay informed on how
to keep up with your body’s needs.
