Important Information

1. The provision of the service is subject to the minimum occupancy of 50% of the bus, according to decree 482
of March 26, 2020.

2. In case of not reaching said occupation, the bus company may reassign the trip for subsequent offers.

3. Pets will not be transported for any reason.

4. Neither redBus nor the bus company are responsible for the suspension or delay of the trip in case of decision
of the competent authorities.

5. People who take the service must have face masks, hand sanitizer or alcohol, and agree to submit to all health
protocols carried out at the starting point.

6. The bus company may reserve the right to board the bus to those with symptoms of COVID-19.

7. You cannot travel with your FCIS. You need to COLLECT your ticket at the terminal, presenting your ID at
least 60 minutes before the bus departure.

8. Do not forget to bring your ID at the bus terminal !

9. You must CHECK_IN at the terminal at least 60 MINUTES before departure time to DROP your luggage

10. By disposition of the National Government, for the transport of foreign citizens, they must identify themselves
with legal and valid Passport, permission of permanence of being necessary

11. Your ticket is PERSONAL AND NOT TRANSFERABLE. It is valid for the date and time of travel. Passengers
should verify their PERSONAL details on the FCIS at the reception

12. If your luggages EXCEEDS the WEIGHT limit (20 kilos in most cases), you might have to make an EXTRA
PAYMENT at the terminal; depending on the bus company policy

13. Each transporter has its OWN REFUND, RESCHEDULING policy

14. After PAYMENT, REDBUS does NOT ENDORSE any RESPONSABILITY related to the service DELIVERED
by the transporter

15. Clients are always charged the indicated amount in the chosen currency

16. Minors under fourteen (14) must travel with an adult.

17. If you have not changed your ticket after the time allowed for the bus company you will miss the chance of
having an open ticket or to have any refund of money
