ABSTRACTION

In the reservation process or those who want to do massage and cupping, there are several
ways. The first is that customers who want to do massage and cupping usually make a
reservation first by calling the reflexology studio, then customer service will inform them
about the massage and cupping package along with the price. After that, the customer will
choose a package and continue by scheduling massage and cupping and will later reconfirm
with the customer regarding the schedule. The second way is if the customer comes directly
then the cashier will offer a therapy package along with the price, then the customer chooses
a package and does the therapy and then the payment ends.
The development stages with the RAD model used include the following:
1. Requirement Planning

3. Coding/Implementation

1. Massage and cupping ordering process
In this process the customer makes an order for massage and cupping then the admin
receives the massage and cupping order and records the order then selects the therapist
and confirms the therapist to the customer and the customer receives confirmation from
the therapist.
2. Massage and cupping payment transaction process
The process is carried out after the ordering process where the customer makes a
payment then the admin receives the payment then the admin makes a note then hands
over the note then the customer receives the note
The process of making an income report is where the admin creates an income report then
submits the income report and then the owner receives the income report. After implementing
the design and construction of a web-based massage and cupping service information system
at the Panggar Pinang Reflexology Studio, the following are the conclusions.
1. This information system was created using the PHP programming language and can be
accessed via browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla and others. In this application
there are several actors, including:
Admin: where in this application the cashier can easily add, update and delete employee data
and massage packages. In addition to adding, updating and deleting data, cashiers can also
view transactions, both ongoing transactions and transactions that have been completed by
customers.
Customer: in this Information System, customers can easily view massage contract data
without having to come to the place and also directly place an order regarding the massage
they want to have. Apart from that, customers can also see the history of transactions that
have been carried out previously
After conducting research and testing the application to users (customers and admin/cashier
at the massage studio), the users said that the application was useful to implement.

 ABSTRAKSI

Dalam proses reservasi atau yang akan melakukan Pijat dan bekam terdapat beberapa cara
yang pertama adalah pelangan yang akan melakukan Pijat dan bekam biasanya mereka akan
melakukan reserpasi terlebih dahulu dengan menelpon sanggar refleksi kemudian customer
service akan menginformasikan terkait paket Pijat dan bekam berserta dengan harganya.
Setelah itu pelanggan akan memilih paket dan di lanjutkan dengan melakukan penjadwalan
untuk melakukan Pijat dan bekam dan nantinya akan melakukan konfirmasi ulang kepada
pelanggan terkait jadwal tersebut. Cara kedua adalah Jika pelanggan datang langsung maka
nantinya kasir akan menawarkan paket terapis beserta harganya, kemudian pelanggan
memilih paket dan melakukan terapi dan nantinya di akhiri pembayaran.

1. Proses pemesan Pijat dan bekam
Dalam proses ini pelanggan membuat pesanan Pijat dan bekam lalu admin terima
pesanan Pijat dan bekam dan catat pesanan lalu memilih therapist da konfirmasi
therapist kepada pelanggan dan pelangan menerima konfirmasi therapist.
2. Proses transaksi pembayaran Pijat dan bekam
Proses di lakukan setelah proses pemijitan dimana pelanggan melakukan pembayaran
lalu admin terima pembayaran lalu admin membuat Nota lalu serahkan Nota kemudian
pelanggan terima Nota
Proses pembuatan laporan pendapatan diamana admin buat laporan pendapatan lalu serahkan
laporan pendapatan lalu owner terima lapoan pendapatan. Setelah melakukan implementasi
rancang bangun sistem informasi pelayanan Pijat dan bekam berbasis web pada sanggar
refleksi pangkalpinang berikut adalah kesimpulannya.
1. Sistem Informasi ini di buat dengan Bahasa pemrograman php dan dapat di akses
melalui browser seperti google chrome, mozila dan lainnya, dalam aplikasi ini terdapat
beberapa actor diantaranya adalah :
Admin : di mana dalam aplikasi ini kasir dapat dengan mudah menambahkan, megupdate dan
mendelete data karyawan dan paket Pijat. Selain untuk menambahkan, men-update dan men-
delete data kasir juga dapat melihat transkasi baik transaksi yang sedang berjalan ataupun
transaksi yang telah selesai di lakukan oleh pelanggan
Pelanggan : dalam Sistem Informasi ini pelanggan dapat dengan mudah melihat data pakat
Pijat tanpa harus datang ketempat dan juga langsung melakukan pemesan terkait Pijat yang
ingin di lakukan. Selain itu pula pelanggan dapat melihat histori transaksi yang telah di
lakukan sebelumnya
Setelah melakukan penelitian hingga pengujuan aplikasi kepada kepada pengguna (pelanggan
dan admin/ kasir di sanggar Pijat), para pengguna dmenyebutkan bahwa aplikasi saat
bermafaat untuk di implementasikan.
