Greetings of enthusiasm in the quest for academic excellence!

Christian Grace School of Cavite requires our Senior High School (Grade 12) students under the
Academic Track of the Senior High School Program to complete a sixty-hour (60) hour work
immersion for the second semester of the Academic Year 2023-2024 in the designated offices in
the Municipality of GMA. This work immersion will enable them not only to complete the
requirements but also to experience the actual scenario in the work field of their chosen strand by
providing real-life experiences, allowing them to put into practice what they have learned in
school. Through the said immersion, it will further enhance the education of our students, provide
additional knowledge that is not available in the classroom, and develop a greater understanding
of the community and business world.

For this reason, may we endorse to the local government units (LGUs) of the municipality of GMA
our Grade 12 students in which deemed to be the most appropriate and capable for the
enhancement of their skills either theoretically or practically. Rest assured that our students can
be of great help to your current and various undertakings.

Any help extended to our students will be highly appreciated. Thank you very much for your usual
support in this worthy endeavor.

WAIVER FOR WORK IMMERSION

This waiver is being executed in connection with the Work Immersion that

Christian Grace School of Cavite has requested and in which has accepted and confirmed.

The student practicumer/trainee has been granted permission by __________________________.

And he/she therefore agrees / conforms to the conditions, rules and regulations of the institution
and he/she accepts and agrees to comply with the company’s/LGU’s rules and regulations. It is also
understood that there is no employer – employee relationship between the student practicumer/
trainee and the company/LGU. That while performing the work immersion requirements, Christian
Grace School of Cavite is free and safe from any liability whatsoever during the period of work
Immersion or immediately thereafter while on the way to and/or from the company/respective
Offices of the LGUs to perform the work immersion or while performing the same or while in the
premises thereof.

This waiver will be in effect for the duration of the designated office work immersion
schedule – where at least 60 hours will be spent in the company/designated LGU office.
