VISA STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

In my academic journey, I express my intent to pursue the Bachelor of Business (Management)

program at Swinburne University of Technology. In 2021, I completed Grade X with an A+ grade,
reflecting my commitment to excellence. Subsequently, in 2023, I pursued Grade XII in Commerce
and achieved an aggregate of 88%. These academic accomplishments demonstrate my passion for
business studies and my ability to excel in a challenging curriculum.

Swinburne University of Technology’s Bachelor of Business course has AACSB accreditation. The
Good Universities Guide (GUG) 2023 has given SUT 5star for the student-teacher ratio which along
with the small class size meant that I shall get individualised studies. SUT also got 5 stars for skill
creation in GUG 2023 for business studies, skill creation is very important from getting job point of
view. SUT is ranked 1st in Melbourne for the highest undergraduate salaries in the QILT survey, this
told me that I shall become highly employable and get the best salaries when I start working in India .
Students have rated SUT number 1 in Melbourne for overall experience. SUT is ranked number 1 in
Melbourne for support services that include academic advising, career guidance, counselling, and peer
support programs.

In this major, I shall learn about the role of management in business and discover how key resources
must be strategically planned, effectively deployed, monitored, and controlled to meet strategic
business objectives, including business ethics and sustainability goals. To prepare for contemporary
management roles, I shall learn to analyse and work through real business issues and receive advice
from practising professionals. I shall get a six or twelve-month full-time placement in a professional
organisation that will allow me to learn on the job, put my knowledge to practice, build my
employability skills, explore my career options, develop professional skills such as communication,
and time management, and teamwork, and network with colleagues and professionals. Course
Module: Marketing and the Consumer Experience, Economics for Business Decision Making,
Creative Mindset and Entrepreneurship, Business Consulting Project, etc. The University of
Queensland’s course entry requirement specifies a background in mathematics during the 12th
standard, I bring a strong foundation from the commerce stream.

Post completion of my course, I aspire to become a Business Development Executive, or a Marketing

Manager, with brands like Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and Nike. This role shall earn me an annual
CTC of INR 7-15 Lakhs. In this role, my vital responsibilities shall be to brand growth, market
expansion and customer engagement. During this phase, my goal shall be to build my acumen in the
field of marketing and learn skills like market research, brand positioning, and innovative campaign
development.

Being an only child, my immediate plan post-completion of this course is to return to my country and
reunite with my parents as I am their only child. I am also responsible for taking care of my parental
properties worth INR 76,10,000 as I am the only heir. I intend to return to my home country as my
only motive is to gain foreign education and boost the economic development of my home country.
With the enriched knowledge I will gain by studying the program in Australia, I will transform myself
into a capable candidate for a lucrative position in India, as explained in this document. This is the
first time I am applying for a student visa. I hope to hear from you at the earliest so that I can fulfil my
academic and career aspirations soon.
