5 Steps to achieve KGS Certification

Application
01 Complete the application form, including the details of your processes & services.

Quotation
02 We will provide an outline proposal & an all - inclusive 3 years quotation to
your company.

Auditor Appointment
03 Upon acceptance of quotation, we will appoint an auditor that best suits
for your industry/business.

Initial Audit
04 The initial 1&2 - stage audit includes on - site assessment followed by ‘close-out’
of any corrective action.

Certification
05 Review of the audit reports & issuance of the certificate. The certificate will be valid for 3 years
subject to surveillance audit carried out to ensure continual compliance of your system.

Initial Audits are completed are completed in 2 stages
covering all elements of the standard.

Certificate is issued after a successful stage 2 audit.

Surveillance Audits

Carried out typically every 6/9/12 months after initial

audit or recertification audit.

Recertification Audits

Carried out every 36 months.

Certificate is re-issued following successful
