BB. DECK- ACCOMMODATION - CARGO HOLDS

1. Superficial inspection at Main Deck Area/ Forecastle/ Accommodation decks/ Bosun Store

2. All cranes & pedestal inside.

3. Superficial inspection of all Cargo Holds at empty condition

4. Superficial inspection of 2 TST tanks (one each side PT and one DBT if possible)

5. Accommodation area inside, and bridge

6. Bridge Logbook review.

7. Vessel Performance for last 3 Laden and ballast voyages in ECO and in full speed

8. Review of last UT measurements report.

9. Review of PSC report file.

23.Gas Bottles and LSA / FFA:

Since the sellers has XXXXX life rafts and XXX gas bottles, please reach out to them to ask if an account
transfer can be carried out. This way the takeover costs are reduced for us and also easier for sellers. A
full inventory of the gas bottles to be taken onboard in presence of our observers.

24. Communication Equipment:

Please check if the communication contract can be transferred under our own account. In this case, it
would be important to include in the MOA that sellers agree to terminate their Radio Station connection
within 6 hours of the sale to allow reactivation of the station via the buyers. This is because till the
station is activated by buyers and GMDSS is operational, ISM surveys cannot complete as SSAS test is
required. This sometimes causes delay to the vessel departure.

For price negotiations you may use the following;

Riding team for 6 months > 8,000 USD

Cargo Hold upgradation in DD > 250,000 USD

Shipside blasting in DD (estimated 80 % ) > 80,000 USD

Deck cosmetic upgrade > 40,000 USD

Renewal of pipelines > 70,000 USD

Survey due cost > 10,000 USD


Last Docking – July 2021.

Intermediate survey to be carried out by 10th Nov 2023.
