CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
At the Royal Navy, sailors are permitted to advanced training called Operational Sea Training (OST).
These training sessions are held to further develop our sailors’ knowledge and skills, and are used as
stepping stones for rank advancement.
Below shows the table for the different OSTs the Royal Navy has to offer.
