Require:
1. Analyze all transactions following steps of the accounting cycle (record in
General Journal and Ledger).
2. Prepare the trial balance, the adjusted trial balance, and financial statements.
3. Shelf comment about your budget plan and how to improve next month (at
least 500 words).

Note:
• Transactions must include depreciation (for your laptop, mobile phone, or
bike, etc.).
• Provide at least one source of revenue (Ex: Parent contributions, Wages from
a part-time job, Scholarship, etc.).
• Submit assignment in *.pdf file.

Evaluation standards:
1) Points for transaction analyzing: Maximum 5 points.
o 0.1 points for each transaction. Maximum 3 points
o 0.1 points for each source document. Maximum 2 points.
2) Points for finance statements: Maximum 2 points.
3) Points for evaluate your personal budget: Maximum 3 points.

Penalty deduction:
• Plagiarism: Text similarity must below 25% (Assignments with text
similarity over 75% will automatically grade 0 point)
• Deduction for late submissions:
− Less than 1 hour: No deduction.
− From 1 hour to 12 hours: Minus 15%
− From 12 hours to 24 hours: Minus 25%
− More than 24 hours: Minus 50%
