PEMFC uses the chemical energy that is produced from the


reaction between fuel, hydrogen, and oxidizer results in
obtaining electrical energy as expressed in (2). The temperature
effects are considered in the range between 60∘C and 100∘C.

The simulated irradiance is shown in Fig. 5. It was simulated


by neural network block using temperature, wind speed, and
humidity values. Each combination of these values corresponds
to a specific solar irradiance value, for example, when the
temperature, wind speed, and humidity are 37, 5.2, and 37
respectively, irradiance has a value which is close to 200. The

in table. 1. It can be noted that the highest irradiance value in
that day was close to 800 while the lowest value was close to
200. The highest value was recorded during afternoon time.
