Contract No. SDSCRIP/SP-15 (Signed on April 12, 2023) (Package no.: SP-15) was signed by and
between the Roads and Highways Department (RHD) ( hereinafter called the “Client”), represented by
Project Director, SASEC Dhaka-Sylhet Road Investment Project and a Joint venture consisting of the
following entities, each member of which are jointly severally liable to the Client for all the Consultant’s
obligations under this contract, namely (i) Ayoleeza Consultants Private Limited (India) (Lead Firm), (ii) JP
Research India Private Limited (India), (iii) Musad Engineering & Consultancy (Bangladesh) and (iv) Road
Safety International (Australia) (hereinafter called the “Consultant”) for the Contract named: “Consultancy
Services for Value Addition in Road Safety” (Package No. SP-15) is amended as follows:

that they have the authority to execute this Amendment under the original Contract.
