Construction Management 1) Submission of Equipment approval documents © The details of receiving and assembling devices such as fecsicn data and other floor plans (assembly view, batch, floor plan, elevation plan) shall be written and submitted to the client before starting construction to get approval. Construction daily report * Daily operation record shall be written and submitted to the client after starting operation and shall get approval of the client to start operation. > Daily operation report: contents of today’s operation, operation plan for tomorrow, actual input manpower, GI and GR of material and others 4) Related to other constructions © When drilling holes in floors, walls, or other building structure or transferring heavy loads, the construction shall not be preceded unless client confirms that there is no effect on building structure. © The contractor shall take all responsibility to prevent any disruptions and defects in other constructions process. 5) Organization and Arrangement around the Operation Area * Organization and arrangement shall be implemented frequently to keep clean condition and scraps that are generated during operation shall be transferred to resource circulation center of the company to take scrap. * Surplus materials that are generated by material process and others shall be provided separate storage area and stored in designated area. Safety guide facility shall be constructed and operated around the operation area. © Safety fence shall be installed and construction sign board shall be displayed in material storage area, 6) Completion © Pictures shall be taken before and after operation (Comparable picture to enable to compare construction contents) and filed. * For parts that may need the client, shop DWG shall be written and filed.
