Studi Kasus :
Dinas Kesehatan
Studi Kasus Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten XYZ menghadapi masalah serius dalam
proses pelaporan data kesehatan masyarakat. Saat ini, proses ini masih dilakukan
secara manual dengan pengisian formulir kertas oleh petugas kesehatan di
lapangan. Data-data ini kemudian harus diserahkan secara fisik ke kantor Dinas
Kesehatan, di mana mereka diinput kembali secara manual ke dalam sistem.
Masalahnya adalah proses manual ini sangat lambat dan rentan terhadap
kesalahan input data. Ini menghambat respons cepat terhadap penyakit menular,
seperti wabah penyakit.
