1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. _ s. 2024, dated January ,2024, re:

Division Orientation of D.O. 54 s. 2022 and Revised Guidelines of Work Immersion
announces the resetting of schedule from January 30, 2024 to February 2, 2024
(FTiday) at Guillermo Hotel, Rizal Avenue, Pagadian City

2. In addition, the participants of this activity are the following:

• All public and private Secondary School Heads
(including the schools that did not offer the SHS program)
• SHS/TLE/TVL Coordinators
• Education program supervisor in Esp
• Education program supervisor in EPP
• Division SMME Coordinator
• Division private school coordinator
• Planning officer
• Division Guidance coordinator

3. The Private Schools shall register as stipulated in the Division Memorandum while the
public school SHS/TVL/TLE Coordinators shall also pay the registration fee of 500.00
chargeable to any of the local funds or school canteen funds due to unexpected
increased number of participants in this activity.

4. The travel expenses of the participants be charged against local School funds subject
to auditing and accounting rules and regulations.

5. All other provisions in the Division Memorandum, consistent with this issuance, shall
remain in force and in effect.

6. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this memorandum are desired.
