The proposed research work has been distributed into 5 different stages these are
below.

1) User:
 User will register himself (create login ID and password) and put information
about his case.
 System will show him similar cases ,time taken to the final result and the
result(not complete info of similar cases).

(This will help the user to take decision of filing petition or not)
 User can file the petition.
 System will show the timeline of his case, stages of his case, previous and next
hearing of case(complete progress).

 If user files the case the case will be on record

 Only the court can add the record to system
 While the users will access the system will decrypt the encrypted data and show
to all users
2) Advocate:
 Firstly Advocate should have register by uploading his valid Id proof at the time
of registration. (system will validate his identity)
Only a validate advocate will get id and password.

Done
 Advocate will guide the user.

 Advocate can only fetch the data to study the user's case or any other case.
 The system Shows all the similar cases and punishments to the advocate.

3) Police:
 Police department is a separate section.Police should have register (system will
validate his identity by his ID )
Only a validate senior police(DGP,SP,DSP or any other) will get id and password.
Police registration authority is only for head office where police will
reported to join that time head office will add or registration of that
police man after verification his all details.
 Police can add FIR’s online which are filed offline.

Not Required
 And upload all available proofs and their investigation to the system.
4) Judge:
 The system Shows all the similar cases and punishments.
 System will show the progress ,all the turning points of previous cases
This will help judge to take the judgement.
 The system will help judge too to take decisions with references of previous
cases (prediction)
 Final decision will be taken by judge
5) Data:
 Data should store in form of block chain .
 All data should be in encrypt and decrypt format.
 While the users will want to access data ,the system will decrypt the data and
show to the users. project should run online.

 UI should be attractive.
 Nav bar should include home,user ,advocate,police ,judge.
 There is not any option of sign up on login page and login on registration page
 Also add forgot password option.
 Footer should include about us,services,contact us,follow us on tabs
 After filing petition it becomes case,so change word petition to case
 Prediction will only show to judge .Add ML model for prediction.
 Add email verification for user,advocate,police and judge in there registration.
