What is the most elite type of gym user?

*This video is meant to demonstrate the pros and cons of each type of gym goer, there is
negativity to any type of gym user*

Title (Voice Over): In a world where nearly everyone goes to the gym nowadays, there is a lot of
different gym users out there; Cross fitters, Glute trainers, Powerlifters, bodybuilders, athletes,
runners and “we go gym kids” but which one is the most effective? This will determined by evaluating
overall strength, wellbeing overall enjoyment. (Background footage includes workout videos from
