The graph given illustrates several common issues confronted in people's lives in UK cities reported by

city residents living in the UK in 2008.

Overall, the red bars of education and training as well as the blue ones of health services almost
dominate the whole graph, showing their notable frequencies. Air pollution, denoted by the green bars,
seem to be less pressing than the others with its less noticeable rates, however.

The percentages of healthcare-related problems, while accounting for around 50 percent in the other
cities, were most significant in Belfast and Cardiff, each with nearly 60 percent. On the other hand, more
than 50 percent of the issues in most of the cities surveyed was education-and-training-associated,
except in Manchester and Newcastle, where that amount came to the lower points of approximately
roughly 45 and 48 percent, respectively.

The remained major issue, air pollution, was mostly-recorded in Manchester, Cardiff, and London with
the approximate rates of 17 percent, 12 percent, and 14 percent, respectively. The same-category rates
in the other four areas fluctuated within the zero-to-ten-percent gap range of zero to ten percent /
varied between zero and ten percent , least-reported in Newcastle, where about only 5 percent related
to air pollution was stated.
