Structure of machine This machine consists of frame, beam, crowning, back gauge, synchronous device, tool, stroke adjustment, hydraulic system, digital display system, etc. 3.1 Frame The frame in this type is made of full steel with high rigidity, great strength, good stability, easy for transiting and installing. It can weld and handle the metal plate efficiently with the specifics that high power, good rigidity and high stability. There is a length guide leading the beam and influencing the accuracy directly. (Adjustment could be found in" Beam and guide device") PDT ‘ ‘This machine frame consists left and right sides plates, bed, oil cylinder, linkage, bed panel and left-right guides, front and back supports, etc. The bed panel and guides are fixed with the fame by screws. There is a length adjusting bevel iron with scale for adjusting. When adjusting, loosen the screw on it and knock the bevel iron slightly for moving. The linear degree of the punch on the beam can be adjusted by bolts. The beam connects and the piston pole of the cylinder are connected by the dual-head bolt. The piston pole of the cylinder drives the beam to move. The guide device adopting the guide way and side are guide consists of guide plate, ‘wear plate and guide seat. The guide plate is installed on the length plate and the guide seat is on the beam. The welding of the rocker and strength torque makes the two cylinders on the beam balance. When unbalance, the two linkages and rocker force the synchronous shaft to balance the beam. There are two adjusting bevel irons on the linkage seat for adjusting the beam periodically. Total 5 Nop 1 4.Hydraulic system “. Prinsiple The system is composed of a 3-phase asynchronous motor and a low noise idler gear pump. The working procedure is as follows: 1,.When the machine is on or in the stop state, all the valves are in the normal ‘state,and the oil goes back through the solenoid directional valve 6; 2.When the machine is moving down fast, the electromagnet Y2,Y3 are on, the oil goes into the upper cavity through electromagnetic directional valve 6. The oil in the lower cavity will ack into the oil tank through solenoid pilot actuated valve 9, which makes the ram move down fast due to the gravity,and the oil go into the upper cavity through hydraulic controlled check valve 15 3.When the machine is pressing, Y2 are on,and other electromagnets are off. Since the hydraulic check valve 15 is off,the oil goes into the upper cavity to push the ram through solenoid directional valve 6, and the oil in the lower cavity will go back to the oil tank through counterbalance valve 12. 4.In order to release the inverting impact, it can no return until the pressure is released. 5.The electromagnet Y1 is on when the oil tank returns fast. The oil goes back into the lower cavity through the left part of solenoid directional valve 6 and the check valve 11, thus the pistion of the oil tank goes up and pulls the ram. The oil of the uppper cavity of the oil tank goes back to the oil tank through hydraulic check valve 15 and solenoid valve 6, thus one circle is over.Valve 14 is the safety valve of the system oil tank. Valve 5 is the system's safety valve, which's 2MP higher than the system's max working pressure. =. Pressure setting The system's working pressure is set up by the pressure valve 5, and its adjustable valve cannot exceed the system's max working pressure. The counter pressure is decided by valve 12 which makes the ram work steadily. The maintenance and announcements. ke Make sure the oil is clean and enough(higher than 85% of the oil tank. If the oil is turbid or its viscosity is abnormal,please clean the tubes filter and other parts. Make sure the oil temperature is between -10°C and 55'C to prevent the pump from abnormal working. f there is any leakage or other abnormal situation during working, the machine should be stopped and checked in case of any accident. I, The choise of Hydraulic Oil The quality of the Hydraulic Oil must meet the request GB11118.1-94.Anti-weal Hydraulic Oil HM32 is suggested. PDT-SM-05-1 HYDRAULIC PRESS BRAKE OPERATION MANUAL Total 2 No.p1 Machine electric system The main power supply of the machine adopts the 3-phase 60Hz 220V/380V AC. There is a control transformer, which is used to isolate the main circuits and the control circuits. The power of the terminals reserved for the light and the solenoid is 24V DC coming from 27.5V AC. There are 2 operation modes: SINGLE working mode, INCHING working mode: a. SINGLE working mode: turn the universal switch to SINGLE working mode and press the foot pedal. b. INCHING. working mode: turn the universal switch to INCHING working mode and press the foot pedal. ATTENTION: Turn on the pump motor before doing the above operations. 1. Single working mode Turn the switch SA1 to position ‘II which is the single circle working mode. In this mode, press the foot pedal "SF1" ,The relays KA2, KA4 are on, Y2, Y3, and Y4 Valve is on, the ram will move down fast. When the beam reaches the lower limit switch SQ1, the relay KA2 is turned off,¥3 valve is turned off . Y2 and Y4 is on. When the beam starts to press ,KT1 is on, and when the time is over, KA14 is on, and afterwards all the valves are off. The decompression starts to count down. When time is over, KA14 is closed and KA3 is on.When the beam returns fast, and touches the upper limit switch SQ2, all the valves are off. thus one circle is over. 2. Inching working mode Turn the switch SA1 to position "!" which is Inching working mode, Press SF1 at the same time. KA4 is on, and the solenoid valve is on. The ram moves down slowly. The KA3 is on when SF2 is pressed. The ram moves upward and when it touches SQ2, the upward action is over. 3. Beam adjustment Ram adjustment controlled by dual spindle numerical control system (PRG920) which can located in the method of manual, semi-automatic and automatic through different button to make ram route increased or reduced.Ram upper limit switch SQ6 and down limit switch SQ7 are installed in the place of maximum and minimum of route to limit the range of ram route. 4, Back gauge adjustment Backgauge adjustment adjust the measure of backgauge through dual spindle numerical control system (PRG920) which can located in the method of manual, semi-automatic and automatic through different button to make backgauge located measure increased or reduced.Front limit switch SQ5 and back limit switch SQ4 are installed in the place of maximum and minimum of route to limit the range of backgauge route. E-stop button When the machine is working, if any accident happens or to stop the machine is needed, you can press the E-stop button SB1 or SB2, or switch QS1 to "OFF" to stop the machine immediately, it will stop all the motors and valves. 6. Once the left,right and back gate is open, the power is off. Once the left gate, right gate and back gate is open, SQ8 , SQ9 or SQ10 is off, and the oil pump cannot start up, thus the machine cannot work any more.Only the machine is start working, If sudden all the gate is open. $Q8 , SQ9 or SQ10 is off. oil pump stop work, thus the machine stop work any more. Once after the left gate,right gate and back gate is closed can the oil pump be started and thus the machine can work normally. 7 .Light curtain Movement of ram from fast moving,speed change point,safety point,clamping point,BDC,dwell,pressure relief,returning speed to TDC when machine working in the single method. Before ram reached speed change point,if any object enter the lazer safety area,the signal was interrupted. There is a lazer test each time when machine power on . Machine will moving down slowly if test can not pass . Please reset after power machine off if there are some objects enter the lazer -protect area when the machine moving down 8. Foot pedal operation panel (refer to the following picture) The foot pedal is installed with safe lock. If the foot pedal is depressed too much, the contact fs switched off and locked.
