This is an active 7-day holiday package in one of the most beautiful corners of Greece, the southern Peloponnese region where you can enjoy
amazing outdoor activities, savor flavorful food, and be mixed with warmhearted locals.

We will welcome you at Kalamata Airport on your arrival and transfer you to the city of Kalamata our base for the week. Here we shall settle at
a wonderful seaside hotel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. During the week you will have the chance to engage in a selection of activities
such as hiking, Sea Kayaking, Paddleboarding, Canyoning, and Touring. Each day we participate in a different outdoor activity and stop for a
picnic lunch at a remote place with extraordinary surroundings. On the afternoons you will have plenty of free time to spend the way you like.

ARIVAL DAY > DRIVE TO KALAMATA DINNER

After a flight from home you land in Kalamata, You meet your guides
at the Kalamata airport for a short transfer to Kalamata beach. Upon
arrival you settle into your cozy hotel by the sea and take a well-
deserved nap. In the afternoon, you go for a walk on the beach and
enjoy the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. You feel
relaxed and happy to be in this beautiful place. In the evening you
meet your guides at a local restaurant for a welcome dinner and a
brief of the following days.

Ridomo Gorge
Just 10km away from Kalamata, yet so close to
the core of Taygetos massif lies Ridomo gorge. A
geological phenomenon with interesting
limestone formations, created by the effect of
water rushing down from the mountains. The
gorge starts from the peaks of mount Taygetos all
the way down to the beach of Santova just
outside of Kalamata. At a certain point it
becomes two meters narrow and 60 meters high.
Walking through this part is a great experience.

Activity of the day

Breakfast and a short drive to Ridomo Gorge. Our hike starts from the rim near the village Vorio. We follow the path leading down to the rocky
bottom. Walking the gorge uphill is a bit challenging as we scramble the huge boulders but very much rewarding as the views around us are
truly magnificent. We make a few stops to rest enjoy a healthy picnic and admire the unique geological formations. We may spot some wild
goats skillfully balancing on the almost vertical cliffs. Small waterfalls dripping down from high above, and partly those walls are decorated by
evergreen ivy plants. After around 5 kilometers the rockiest part is over and the gorge gets narrower. Soon we shall find yourselves into a narrow
corridor between vertical walls, listening the echo of our steps and almost able to touch both walls at the same time. This is the most impressive
part of Ridomo Gorge. Short drive back to Kalamata for a free afternoon.

Navarino Bay
Navarino Bay lies in front of the town of Pylos. It is a
natural harbor where the island of Sphacteria stands as a
wave breaker, protecting the bay from winds of the
open Ionian Sea. The bay offers ideal conditions for Sea
Kayaking trips, especially for beginners. The bay itself is a
place of incredible natural beauty, with an impressive
landscape, warm, crystal clear, waters and golden sandy
beaches where sea turtles often return to lay their eggs.
Sea kayaking here is a must definitely do without a
doubt.

Activity of the day

Breakfast and a short drive to Pylos. Today’s adventure is Sea Kayaking. Before sailing off, your guide will brief you on trip details, kayak
paddling techniques, and safety measures. Soon we will be exploring the coast at a relaxed paddling pace. Heading west we paddle towards
the imposing Rock, the islet located at the south side of the bay. The Rock is also a place of nesting and resting place for many species of birds.
We admire its impressive natural stone arch and visit a few of its sea caves and galleries. Our next stop is the unhabituated island of Sphacteria.
Here, we jump out of our kayaks, stretch our legs and walk to the island’s viewpoint for taking pictures of an idyllic landscape and for story-
telling. A few minutes later we shall make a stop at a secluded beach for swimming and snorkeling, and why not some cliff diving for those who
feel more adventurous. Here we shall also taste our homemade picnic of local delicacies and relax under the sun. After this energy pumped
stop, we will paddle back to the starting point to end an amazing day in the tranquility of Navarino Bay. Afternoon return to Kalamata. Free
evening to stroll and discover the city.

Kardamyli is nestled between tranquil blue bays,

Peloponnese. On one side of the horizon is the
calm Gulf of Messinia, on the other, the

Activity of the day

Breakfast and a short drive to Kardamyli. Today’s adventure is Paddleboarding along a spectacular coastline. After a short introduction to
stand up paddleboarding where you will learn the basic paddling techniques we are ready to go. The perspective from a Paddleboard is
unique, giving the paddler a different perception into the water where it is common to see the fish and sea turtles swimming below the surface.
In addition, the view from on top of the water is equally impressive. The beauty of the imposing cliffs around the coastline is so breath-taking
that you feel as if you've left the real world behind you. Soon we will be exploring hidden beaches, and paddle inside coves with turquoise
water. We will be paddling into sea caves, swim into hidden caverns, enjoy gliding alongside the cliffs and for those who dare an option is a
cliff jump into the water. Halfway we shall make a relaxing stop for swimming and snorkeling. Time to discover the richness of the underwater
world. A delicious picnic is scheduled half way, sourced from farm-fresh, local producers carefully prepared by your guide. Afternoon return to
Kalamata. Free evening to stroll and discover the city.

Neda Waterfalls
Neda gorge is a hidden gem of southern
Peloponnese. Waterfalls are created along the
gorge course with incredible waters, maybe the
cleanest in Greece. The lush environment, the
crystal-clear waters, and the majestic cliffs make the
crossing of this gorge an unforgettable experience.
Our canyoning trip here is the ideal way to do your
first steps and get addicted to the magic world of
canyoning. No previous experience is required,
families with teenage kids are welcomed.

Activity of the day

Breakfast and a short drive to Neda river. Your guide will brief you all you need to know about how to descend the gorge safely and how to
achieve maximum fun out of it. Your guide will also provide you with wetsuits, helmets, and harnesses and you are ready to go. In a few
minutes, the game begins with your first slide into one of the ponds of the gorge. After that, there is swimming, walking, water jumping, and a lot
of fun as we move further. Quite often we abseil down the beautiful waterfalls under the directions of our guides. Last but not least rappel will
be at the greatest and most notable waterfall of the river. Here, is the only accessible spot by other visitors and where most of them come to
swim. Often you hear them applauding at you as they see you rappelling over their heads. We finish the day enjoying a tasty picnic by the
riverbank remembering the thrilling moments we lived a few moments ago. Afternoon return to Kalamata. Free evening to stroll and discover

Polylimnio Waterfalls & Voidokilia

The gorge of Polylimnio waterfalls is a paradise on earth
and one of the hidden gems of the Peloponnese.
Polylimnio means many lakes and this is exactly what you
discover. There are numerous fresh water lakes in many
levels with aqua blue waters created by spectacular
waterfalls.
Voidokilia beach is not only one of the most beautiful
beaches in Messinia but also in the Mediterranean Sea
and it is perhaps one of the most recognizable beaches in
Greece. It’s an omega (Ω) -shaped cove with white sand,
warm turquoise water, lush vegetation and a peaceful
lagoon.

Activity of the day

Breakfast and drive with our minibus to Polylimnio. In less than an hour, we are there. Our walk here is super easy as there is no significant
altitude difference. A swim into the lake and under the waterfall will be extremely refreshing and the perfect reward. Next stop is the Voidokila
beach. We start walking the path around the lagoon where we get the opportunity to witness a unique and sensitive ecosystem. Here,
migratory birds such as herons, flamingos, and ospreys live and may have the opportunity to observe. We cross the dunes until we reach the
dream (omega shape) beach of Voidokoilia. A refreshing swim into its turquoise waters is not to be missed. There is an option for those who
wish for a short climb to to explore the cave of mythical king Nestor. At the top of the hill, the beauty and uniqueness of the landscape reveal
breathtaking vistas hard to believe it's true. After tasting a healthy picnic we drive back to Kalamata. We meet later in the evening for a
farewell dinner with your guides.
