To meet the goals of the Sonora Energy Cluster, there are 7 Working Groups formed by members of the
"triple helix" (companies, government and universities), where ideas are proposed, and our activities
and projects are followed up:

| Municipal Energy Efficiency Diagnosis Program for Regional Development.
| Collaboration in the implementation of the Energy Efficiency Standard in Buildings in the municipalities.

| Agenda for dialogue, management and follow-up with federal, state and municipal public agencies.
| Proposals for regulatory improvement at the local level (state and municipal).
5| FINANCES
| Liaison with sources of financing for public and private projects in the region.
| Formulation of financial mechanisms to promote the energy industry.
6| ENERGY TRANSITION
| Development of the "World Solar Energy Forum" (in collaboration with the Municipality of Hermosillo).
| Supplier linkage and development plan for projects in the hydrocarbon sector.
| Linkage with specialized organizations (particular programs with ASEA and the Mexican Petroleum Institute).
7| SMART CITIES
| A work plan is being developed to improve living conditions in Sonora's cities in the areas of: Safety,
sustainability and mobility.
Our EVENTS
One of the main goals of the Cluster is to link industrial and institutional actors to make Sonora more
competitive, as well as to promote the services and products of reliable suppliers in the energy sector,
which is why we hold seven high-level events throughout the year:

The Sonora Energy Cluster presented the 2023 Strategy, which consists of a series of initiatives aimed
at maximizing the development opportunities that the state and the region currently have, thanks to a
favorable global context for attracting investments that require products and services from the energy
sector to materialize, in the so-called "Sonora Moment".
Reliable Supplier Distinction: Recognizes companies that meet the standards required by Sonora's
industry to be suppliers in energy projects.
