1. What is meant by the concept “following part of leading”? How can managers embody this
concept?

 The concept of the “following part of leading” means that a leader could be a better
leader if he/she knows to lead hi/her group without relying solely to his/her power and
authority to influence them. Organizations are suffering from over management tend to
be slow to make necessary change and it would appear that no one has really satisfactory
defined the concept of leadership.

2. Will the outlined behaviours contribute positively to a business or organization? Why do you
think so?

 Yes, the study of organizational behaviour gives insight on how employees behave and
perform in the workplace. It helps us to develop an understanding of the aspects that can
motivate employees, increase their performance, and help organization establish a strong
and trusting relationship with their employees.

3. Which personality do you believe best exemplifies “following part of leading” Explain your
choice.

 “Seeking common understanding instead of consensus’’ Because establishing common


understanding among members will able the organization to have an idea which is
satisfactory for all attain goal.
