Project is a temporary activity that lasts for a limited period of time, with the allocation of certain
and determined resources to produce a product whose criteria are clearly defined. a construction
project is a series of activities to make a building, most of which cover the basics of civil engineering
and architectural engineering. Project cost estimation or RAB (Cost Budget Plan) is needed as a
guide or guide when the project starts to run. The budget plan method used today refers to the
Minister of Public Works Regulation concerning AHSP (Analysis of Work Unit Prices). Work unit
price analysis is the calculation of the cost of labor, materials and equipment to get the unit price
or a certain type of work. The analysis of the unit price of work is influenced by the coefficient
number which shows the unit value of materials/materials, the unit value of the tool and the unit
value of labor. The purpose of writing this final project is to calculate the budget plan based on the
2016 Minister of Public Works Regulation and create a curve based on the budget plan and find out
how big the difference between the budget plan and the S Curve of the contractor's method is. The
results of the calculation of the budget for the development project of the Imanuel Way Halim
Hospital Phase 1 Building D based on the contractor method is Rp. 33.342.208.838,- and the
planned cost budget based on the 2016 Public Works Ministerial Regulation method is Rp.
36.612.502.458,-. Based on the calculation of the contractor's budget plan and the method of
Permen PU obtained Rp. 3.207.293.621,-. Permen PU budget plan is 8.93% higher than the
contractor's budget plan. The planned curve method is for 330 days and the S Curve for the Permen
PU method is planned for 309 days. Based on the results of the contractor's S Curve and the Permen
PU, there is a difference of 21 days or 6,36 % where the S Curve of the Permen PU is faster than
the contractor's s method.
