MAILING FEE RECEIPT

I, Aaron Paul I. Gabriel, hereby acknowledge and confirm the receipt of the sum of Two
hundred pesos only (₱200.00), which has been tendered to me by EDUARDO
CABANTOG on the day 9th of November, 2023. This payment, in the amount of (₱200.00
Pesos), has been received in full and is in good and acceptable order, representing
compensation for the provision of LBC mailing of kontra-salaysay as mutually agreed upon
between the parties.

This receipt, signed and sealed on the aforementioned date, serves as a formal and legally
binding document, evidencing the lawful transfer of funds for the aforementioned services. The
undersigned, Aaron Paul I. Gabriel, affirms the accuracy and legitimacy of this transaction
and acknowledges the completion of the services in accordance with the terms of our
agreement.
