You need to print

1. Base Corner (BC)
2. Base Border (BB) and
3. Base Intermediate (BI) parts to make 3d printed Base.

If you are printing standard size display box, then QTY of
each part is mentioned in filename

OR

If you are making customized size of display box, then you

must take the data from “Customized Size” excel
document.
When you enter the No. of Horizontal Modular Pieces and
No. of Vertical Modular Pieces in the excel and check the
box size you want, the excel shown the number of pieces
needed to print for the Base.

 3D Printed Base Assembly

Outer size of the Base will be calculated in excel, and you

need to make 3D Printed Base of this size by assembly
several parts.

representation purpose only

For 3D Printed Base, Start with Base Corner(BC) and Base
Border(BB) parts

Base Corner(BC) and Base Border(BB) has pegs which

goes into opposite side of the piece as shown above.

Assemble it and glue it together.

Proceed ahead to assemble the outer border as shown
below. Assemble it and glue it together.

Now Assemble the Base Intermediate(BI) parts as shown

below. (Do not glue it at this moment)

Assemble all Base Intermediate(BI) parts as shown below
and Glue all together.

Now, Repeat the same procedure for remaining outer

borders and assemble the remaining piece.
