    I’m Novella Susanto hospitality management student that graduated in at Trisakti Institute Of
    Tourism with GPA value of 3.65. I have finished my first internship at Dosett Kuala
    Lumpur(February 2019 – August 2019) in Front Office Department and the second one at Grand
    Hyatt Jakarta(January 2020 – April 2020) in Front Office Department. Also I have been
    experiencing as Tenant Relation Officer at The Pakubuwono Menteng for 1 years.
    Experience Specialist.

    Based on the information I got from Linked-in, that currently Oakwood Premiere Jakarta
    opening job vacancies. I am interested in filling a position Guest that is being needed.

    I’m willing to learn something new & can work in team also individually. I am self-
    motovated,hard worker. Meeting new people and working with different kind of people
    something that I really enjoy and love doing.I am also capable to work under pressure. I got a
    chance to responsible about handling complain as wel, then I’m fast-learner person, I love to
    learn new things to develop my skill and experience. I always set my mind to be positive minded
    person and always being calm in every situasion. With all my skill and experience hopefully I
