JOB TITLE : AGRICULTURIST II (SG 15)

DIVISION : Field Programs Coordination and Monitoring Division
(FPCMD)
REPORT TO : Chief Agriculturist
JOB SUMMARY : Facilitates the conduct of operational monitoring and
evaluation of commodity programs implemented at the
regional/provincial/municipal levels.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Facilitates the submission and consolidation of program reports from DA-

Regional Field Offices;
2. Facilitates the coordination and conduct of operational monitoring and
evaluation activities of the programs and projects in the including cross-cutting
concerns;
3. Assists in the reviews and analysis of fields reports consolidated and come-up
with recommendations to the Top Management;
4. Prepares letters and other communication in response to the various requests of
stakeholders; and
5. Performs other functions which may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or other allied courses such

as Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries Technology and
Veterinary Medicine

EXPERIENCE: 1 year of relevant experience

TRAINING: 4 hours of relevant training
